Locked applicants
Why an application can be restricted after a plan downgrade, and how to regain access.
Acqoria keeps every submitted application, including applications for roles that fall outside your live-role allowance after a plan downgrade.
If your organisation has more live roles than the new plan allows, some roles become restricted. Applications attached to those roles stay safely recorded, but the Applicants page hides the candidate's name, email, answers, and documents. A lock icon appears in their place.

Why the application is locked
The lock prevents access while the role is outside your current allowance. It does not delete the application, turn it into a draft, or stop the record from being retained. This protects a candidate you may still want to review if you continue hiring for that role.
Regain access
Upgrade to a plan that covers the role, then return to Applicants. The application's name, answers, results, and original documents become available again once access is restored.
If you do not plan to continue hiring for the role, the locked application remains retained without requiring you to make a rushed decision about the candidate.
